Welcome to  the Meadowbrook Patio Homes  Association. We are a private  community consisting of  72 Patio Homes  located off Losson Road in the Town of Cheektowaga, New York.  We are governed by a Declaration and By-Laws which sets forth  the governing documents of the community. There are five duly elected Board members who set policy and govern through a process outlined in the Declaration & By-Laws. The community is managed on a daily  basis by Harmon Homes Realty, Inc.

Harmon Homes has been in the Condominium & Homeowners Association  management business for over 35 years and has in-depth experience in managing patio home communities.
