About Us

Meadowbrook Patio Homes Homeowners Association is a community comprised of 72 Individual Patio Homes located off Losson Road In Cheektowaga, New York. We are  governed by a Declaration & By-Laws. 

The community Association is headed by five  Board of Directors elected by the membership to serve a two year term.
